2)Poetry in Motion 3) America's Greatest Poets 2003 Since April of 2003 I have ordered two copies of each edition at a cost upon which my checking account was

charged $192.00 to my checking account, $96.00 to my credit card and $96.00 to my husbands checking

account. The fact that they wanted to charge me for a copy of a publication that they lauded as "in mass print" proved to me that, in my opinion, they were mainly trying to sell these "hardbound treasures" to those of us hopefuls that would buy their books.

None the less, I thought it would be neat to have them for a keepsake. I expected little more than the quality of a $15.00 "Letter From Santa Claus" that you have sent to your children with just enough personal info pasted throughout to keep them believing for another year. I didn't expect alot but I DID expect something!

As of today, 11/10/03, I have received absolutely zilch.

I have been trying to contact them but there has been no response and they have recently removed their

"customer service and inquiry department" on the websight and replaced it with a prepared set of Q&A

that conveniently omits any information on finding out about the status of your orders. I want a refund and I want it very soon. For $350.00 plus I can make my own "impressive coffee table conversation piece". Anything that you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Diane Rogers
