RE: Juno - free e-mail account - stopped offering 10 free hours a month of Internet service, the same time paid services began Juno promised 10 free hours a month internet use with their free e-mail accounts, but they stopped allowing the free internet service right after they started offering the pay for services. I don't have a problem with that but I do think that Juno should inform their free access customers that they no longer allow the 10 free hours a month. I've had their pay service before and it was terrible.

The technicians, many of them barely spoke english well and it would take you ten minutes to understand simple instructions. Some technicians, had the nerve to get angry with the customers because the customer couldn't understand them. I complained often to Juno to no avail. Finally I changed ISP's and haven't had nearly as many problems the whole time I've been with the new ISP, as I had in three months with Juno. If Juno has improved as much as they claim they have, why won't they offer free trials for new customers? Because if they did, no one would sign up in my opinion. And if no one signed up, Juno wouldn't get to over charge customers, and take their own due time in correcting the customers accounts. Each month, Juno get to use customers money for free, without providing adequate service.

Everyone who's reading this that's having problems with Juno's service should file a claim with the BBB online. Go to www.bbb.com and file a complaint with them. It's nice to have free e-mail, but when you promote your site as providing certain services for free or for pay, they should do exactly that. Maybe Juno has gotten to big for their britches! Don't offer it, if you're not going to provide it! Yours truly,
