Complaint #1

 

I misplaced pin# and have tried to get it from them by sending an e-mail to K-communications who sent it through e-mail. No response. So I lost $5.00

 

Complaint#2

 

I wanted to change e-mail address to purchase more cards but there is no way on their web page to change it. I guess I will have to move on to someone.

 

Very poor customer service or should I say NO Customer Service at all
