From: RE: HCI Direct / Silkies - seeking confirmation that account was eliminated with zero balance and name removed from database
Email I sent to: Email User in regards to shipments of unwanted free products that required payments. Please Enter Your HCI Account Number: Supposed account is *****1914-6 My wife received a free pair of panty hose. A short time later a pair of trouser socks were sent along with a bill from HCI Direct. Why are we getting a bill from HCI Direct for items we never asked for? We must of received a pound of literature that doesn't have any contact information other than a P.O. box where to send money.
I don't know what type of business practice this is but I would appreciate that you straighten this situation out before it gets out of control. As I have read numerous letter in Complaints.com I will report this to the Postal Inspection Service. I would like written correspondence that HCI Direct Inc., has eliminated my account (*****1914-6) as well as my name from your database with nothing owed and that no future shipments be sent to my address.
