MCI - switched from MCI due to poor and inconsistent customer service - after switch, received rude call from MCI telemarketer
Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 8, 2002:
From: RE: MCI - switched from MCI due to poor and inconsistent customer service - after switch, received rude call from MCI telemarketer I decided to switch from MCI once I had finally had enough with their poor and inconsistent "customer service." Yet another ignorant and rude "customer service" rep had the nerve to call me the following week and ask if I had switched because I got a better rate or because of the service.
I said, "The service." She then asked, "Would you be willing to switch back?" I said, "No." Then she sighed and hung up! Glad I switched! gbw
