Floor Superstore, Livingston, NJ - late delivery - waiting for $ 2000 refund - rude service experience

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 7, 2002:

From: RE: Floor Superstore, Livingston, NJ - late delivery - waiting for $ 2000 refund - rude service experience I've never had such a poor retail experience. These people (a "manager" named Ron in particular) lied about the promised delivery date to get the order, and then were unbelievebly rude when we were unhappy about them not fulfilling their promise...we've been waiting for a refund of over $2000...

promised it would be any day...when we were finally able to contact corporate, they told me they had no record of a request.....when i complianed to the store yesterday, ron told me "now i'll wiat 60 days for the refund"...
