Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 5, 2002:
From: RE: AOL - trouble getting into AOL games - can't play when want to half the time i just wanted to say as a aol member i think it is pretty bad i cannt get on to play half the time i want to.
maybe their should be a sur- charge to people that want to play aol games that r not a member, that way maybe when i want to get on the system would'nt be to busy to let me play thank you
