I too have been suckered by CMS. Hopefully this will help others get their hard earned money back from, in my opinion, deceptive telemarketers... http://www.atlanta.bbb.org/common.html?location=/home/common/www/ mis67/report.php&bureau=atlanta&compid=3115 The Better Business Bureau has obtained an agreement from the company that it will make a full refund to any consumer who registers a justified complaint with the Better Business Bureau even if it is after the expiration of the consumer's right to cancel.
The company has also stated that customers can call and speak to Clay Hurst or Chris Hornaday in their office at 1-800-527-4392 or e-mail him at Email User for resolution before filing a complaint with our office.
