AOL - trying to change billing to different credit card - can't reach AOL billing

thank you for posting--I did finally find someone to get me to the proper location regarding billing changes. The changes cannot be seen on the net--they say for security. I don't mind--but the 24/7 line-must be very busy if I went on many times and no response. thanks anyway

I have been trying to change my AOL billing to a different credit card-- AOL says they provide live service--they must have died. been on -- no answer. 24-7 must mean something different. how do I get hold of AOL to verify a change in billing?? There is no -- e-mail site to contact AOL without trying to go through live help that doesn't answer. thanks Alan

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND A NUMBER FOR AOL SO I CAN CALL AND NOT USE THEIR E-MAIL ANYMORE. I WENT THROUGH LIVE HELP AND THEY NEVER RESPOND. I HAVE LOST MY SENT E-MAIL AND NEW AND OLD MAIL SINCE JULY, 2008. AOL ONLY SHOWS ME E-MAILS WITHIN THE LAST MONTH. THEN THEY DISAPPEAR. CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS? BUT I STILL NEED A NUMBER TO CANCEL MY E-MAIL WITH AOL.

My Credit Card Supplier "VISA" has issued me a NEW card /new Numbers and new Expiration date..When you do the next billing, it surely will reject payment to the old numberthat you have on file . YOU NEED to have this new Number..HOW DO I Get this INFORMATION to YOU to avoid any problems??

i need to also change my billing information for i can still have the internet but cant find any home page for aol change billing infomation. please email me back aol
