Pepperidge Farms cookies - almost every purchase is mostly a bag of crumbs - only 4 whole cookies in the last bag of Bordeaux cookies purchased

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 3, 2002:

I have been buying Pepperidge Farms cookies for many years, but have just given up! Along with crackers, these products are not in-expensive, and almost every purchase is mostly a bag of crumbs! I purchased Bordeaux cookies to serve with special ice cream for company, and there were four whole cookies in the bag!

This happens more and more, not just with your brand. However, I will not be buying your products again, as you cannot tell what you are getting, and the product although tasty is expensive.

Find a way to insulate those things! I am not the only one who has noticed this you know!
