AOL - prevented from setting up a new screen name and establishing a Web page - error message of site not responding - very dissatisfied with service from AOL

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 3, 2002:

I have aol, haha and i want to complain about the pitiful service I recieve from them..they do not affer a reliable connection...they do not offer a reliable web site browser...they do not offer anything beneficial for a small business..I mean what good is aol anyway???

I have tried 4 times this morning to set up a new screen name and establish a web page, but aol will NOT allow me access to do that,, the message says the site is not responding.. ha ha,, it is aol that does not work properly...aol is garbage and money wasted as for an isp.. aol is not worty one cent and it takes up too much memory on the computer,,..

why does the public service commission or somebody not do something about the poor service from aol??? they will also not even give me a complaint division or anything to let them know I am dissatisified...
