Check Mailed: Not yet On 8/11/2002 I purchased a Polaroid BurnMAX24 from OfficeMax in Billings Montana. The pasted section above is the information on my claim from the www.easierrebate.com web site. I have sent numerous emails to the easierrebate contact, OfficeMax, and another party's email said to be the manufacturer of the CD burner. I have thus far received only form emails stating it should only take a little longer. Three months is more than enough time for processing a claim.
