RE: Big 10 Subs, Janesville, WI - late delivery of sandwiches

Tonight my family ordered sandwiches to be delivered the order was placed at 7:15pm the girl said, it would be at least 45min because they were so backed up with deliveries. Finally, at 8:30pm I called to see when they would arrive and was told the order was either lost or fell of the counter. When asked to speak with management the young teen stated, that it was him and there was nothing he could do now because it was time to clean up.

I asked for the owner and was told to try on Monday. This is not the first time this has happened 3 months ago I was there at 8:30pm for some hot subs and was told it was to late because they close at 9:00pm when we left the building the teens working sat down and started visiting what kind of service is this?
