Judging by the number of complaints I am seeing here, I am not the only person that is receiving unrequested goods from Silkies. 2 Weeks ago I received a card stating that my wife would be receiving a free pair of Silkies. There was no phone number to call to cancel. Today I received a package from Silkies together with a bill for $13.98 and again no phone number to call to question this or cancel the order and the account. I can only image that you do not want your phone number ( 1 877 745 5437 ) being made available as you know that most people will immediately call you to cancel. I hope they read this and do exactly that. I can only hope that the pre-paid postage label your rep agreed to send me arrives soon so I don't have to take this any further.
And while we are talking about your reps; she was very helpful and apologetic but kept hinting that my wife must have requested the pantyhose in the first place. She didn't and it just compounded my irritation to have it suggested that she did.
