scents4u.com - order delivery took two months - order short 2 items - still waiting for refund for missing items

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 27, 2002:

I ordered over $50 of products from this company. After two months, I still had not received my order, and when I did, it was short 2 items.

I had to call several times and talk to a rude woman on the phone who kept promising delivery. Finally, over 6 months later I still have not received the refund I requested over a month ago.
