Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 25, 2002:

North Vancouver, BC V7M 1R8 This account belongs to my Father for which I have a Power of Attorney. I have asked on several occasions that unsolicited material NOT be sent to him. He has had a stroke and cannot read. I spoke to someone some time ago regarding the "Lost Civilizations: Maya" book, indicating that I cannot confirm that he ever received this unsolicited material.

He is no longer living at this address and is now in a seniors care centre. PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST MAILING ANY MATERIALS TO HIM! Payment will not be forthcoming for material I cannot confirm has been received. Thank You. B.L. Garry
