RE: Bank of America - trying to resolve incorrect finance charge to Visa card - rude, unhelpful customer service experiences For over 6-months I have been trying to resolve a finance charge on my visa Credit Card through Bank of America. I've called Customer Service several times and waited forever to get a HUMAN voice.
Then the customer service rep. was rude and unhelpful. I requested a statement that was lost in the mail .....first they told me they didn't have records that went back that far, then they said it would take 6-8 weeks to mail it to me.
And they keep sending me compounded finance charges on a bill I never received....This is the worst company I have EVER EVER done business with.
