I've only just discovered this website, otherwise I would have contacted you earlier. About a year ago I placed two separate orders with the above named company. I've since lost the deatails of one of the orders, but the other was order no satinnlaceshops 3335, Feather Boa Robe and Gown Ensemble. My orders were acknowledged and money was debited from my credit card account.

 

However, the goods never arrived. Several e-mails were sent, but no replies were received. In the end my wife telephoned their Customer Care number (from the UK) and was answered by a woman who didn't give her name, but was extremely rude and put the phone down on her. Since finding your website, I've seen that several other people have had the same experience of this company. I'm also going to send a copy of this complaint to the North New Jersey BBB (which I understand to be the US equivalent of our Trading Standards), and to the New Jersey Police Dept, as by my reckoning this is an example of fraud.

 

One way or another, I'm determined to stop this company trading (or as I see it stealing) on the Internet, as they give all the legitimate traders a bad name. Yours in good faith
