We purchased a new Pontiac Aztec in February of this year, since the purchase it has been in service approx. 14 times, the most important problem being intermittent braking problems. We have gone thru the arbitration, the meeting was on Nov. 4th, we were told at that time that under the law the other side had 10 days to make their decision, this is the 22nd. Our calls to the B.B.B. go unreturned, we have been even been unable to get a copy of the minutes of the arbitration meeting after 3 requests, We paid $23,000 for a car that is unsafe to drive. We did not ask for a refund or even a newer model car, only that they replace ours with the same car, same accessories that we now have. What does the consumer do when the BBB, who are the last step in arbitration sees fit to ignore the consumer and obviously the law ? jackie towbin
