Lendingtree.com / Lowestloan.com - paid $ 541 - didn't receive home appraisal - home mortgage denied without any explanation

I requested a refinancing loan with lending tree .com. They sent me three lenders with Lowestloan.com. Lowestloan advised me that they could provide me with the refianancing at 5.25% 7 year arm.

They took all my credit and fianancial status charged my account for $541.00 send someone to appraised my home told me that my home was appraised higher than they thought, but Frank Grady at 914 239 1068 assured me that I will be getting the loan in two weeks. Today I recieved a notice of withdrawal without any explanation and I am unable to locate Frank Grady. I have also requested that they send me a copy of the apprasial and I have not since seen the apprasial. Please advise what I can do get my $541.00. Marjorie bot
