RE: AOL - 3 month trial - forgot password and AOL then said cancellation wasn't possible - continue to charge card - haven't received refund AOL online/trial disc. I used AOL for 10 days on a 3 month trial disc. I unsuccessfully tried to cancel multiple times (Id forgotten my password and they claimed I could not cancel!) they continue to charge my credit card even after they said they would stop doing it.
The say theyll refund only 2 months, but still no refund even for that.
