To whom it may concern,
I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau over an order I placed with Urbanq.com. I placed my order in January 2002, received the merchandise, then shipped two items back to the Returns Processing Center on February 20, 2002, using UPS ground .
I asked that the two returned items be exchanged for smaller sizes. After not receiving the return for about a month, I contacted them again to let them know. I have only recieved one reply or any form of contact from the company, although I have continued to contact then since February. Cordially, Heidi Winkenwerder
