RE: Sprint PCS - unable to deactive "enhancement" feature to voice mail service that reads the date, time and phone number of message - this causes more minutes to be used Sprint PCS recently installed "an enhancement" to thier voice mail. It tells you the date, time and phone number of your messages.
All this does is take longer to listen to your voice mail and use more minutes. I've spend over 3 hours on the phone with tech support trying to deactivate this service without success. I've pledged not to pay for any additional minutes incurred in voice mail due to this change.
