Hampton Bay Cruiser Celing Fan - need replacement lightbulb for newly installed fan

We just redid our kitchen and purchased a Hampton Bay Cruiser ceiling fan. The electrician installed it but we could not test the light because the bulb is broken. How can I get a replacement? I'm concerned about the fan because of one complaint about the fan falling.

I noticed that this fan is very heavy and don't want it coming down on anyone. It's installed in the kitchen. I've noticed several complaints on this website concerning the quality of Hampton Bay fans so I'm a bit concerned. Maybe we should have bought a Casablanca.
