MSN Hotmail - trouble getting help from MSN tech support to reset password and secret question to account

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 12, 2002:

Now I can't access it and my secure data is in his hands. I sent an email regarding this to Email User and Email User

I received an email which sounded legitimate that said they could help me reset it if I sent them some information and I did so. I have sent it numerous times now, but they keep sending me auto-responses.

Also, for a different account I reset the password, but it won't allow me to change the secret question. Every

time I try, it says "Microsoft
