RE: Citibank credit card, India - didn't receive credit card with photo on it as expected Kind attention : Customer Interface credit card cell Dear Sir,
* I had applied for the photo credit card (Silver International) through your agent in Chandigargh, Mega Marketing, S.C.O, 73, Sector 46-C, Chandigarh (Phone : 645654,624095,381875) in September.
* I received my credit card (# 5546 1994 xxxx xxxx) but without my photo on it.
* I did not get the photo card as the photograph has not been forwarded to your Chennai office by the same agent.
* I applied for the photo card again in Sept,2002 as per instructions from the representative of Mega Marketing, and got the response from your Chennai office that the photograph was not as per the required specifications. The specifications were not communicated to me at anytime and your agent has also not communicated the same to me.
* However, a third application for photo card has been forwarded through the same agents on Oct 23,2002 and nobody in Mega Marketing is aware of the status of the application.
* Upon a personal visit to Mega Marketing today and arduous questioning, we now know, that the photograph and application had not been forwarded this time round too to your office.
* We had asked for the representative from Mega Marketing to pay us a visit and we are yet to hear from them. Request you to help through your good office in getting the photocard. I earnestly believe Citibank stands for customer care and service and should engage the agents who will reflect the same spirit. This experience with your agents has been very annoying and disappointing. Hoping for a favorable and prompt response from you. Thanks,
