I ordered White Brilliance from a television commercial. There was a "money-back" guarantee and "Good Housekeeping seal of approval." Before I even used, the product, I received a refill of the gel in the mail. When I read the instructions, you needed a 2-hour block of time to use the product which was most inconvenient. I finally found the 2 hours a few months after receipt. The product was disgusting to use - I literally drooled and had to keep a batch of paper towels under my chin the entire time and also had to spit every 10 minutes for 2 hours. DISGUSTING! To make matters worse, after I used the product, I noticed a white line on one of my bottom front teeth. Two days later while brushing, a piece of that tooth chipped out. That cost me over $80 to repair. I contacted the 800 number on the package and never got a live person, only a recording. They gave me instructions on how to return the product. Here is the kicker: To get a refund, you have to return everything WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF RECEIPT. NOWHERE, on the packaging or in the advertisements, does it say MONEY BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS. I didn't even use the darn product for months because it was so inconvenient. I e-mailed them twice and got NO RESPONSE. I finally e-mailed them with a threat to publicize my experience with their product, reiterating that it cost me over $80 to repair my tooth, but they stuck to their guns and would not refund my money because I didn't return the product within 30 days - which you don't find out in advance.
