Complaints.com received the following consumer message on November 9, 2002:
From: RE: AOL Travelers Advantage - have unsuccessfully tried to cancel for several years
I have tried for the past two to three years to cancil aol travelers advantage and they keep taking out of my checking account.
I have sent back everything that they have sent me with a notice to cancil. I am now going to see what legal action I can take if they do not put the money back into my checking account with in the next 7 days.
