I WAS ON AN UNLIMITED LOCAL CALLING PLAN THAT WAS PER MONTH ACTIVATED. I HAD TWO PHONES ON THIS PLAN, AND STARTED OUT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I NEEDED TO END ONE OF THE PLANS, AND THAT WAS THE BEGINING TO THIS MESS. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO PAY FOR TIME I HAD NOT BEEN USING, AND FRUSTATED BY THIS I DID SO, AND CONTINUED TO TRY AND CANCELL THE SERVICE OF ONE OF MY PHONES.

I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO CANCELL BOTH, AND THAT CANCELLING ONE WAS NOT AN OPTION, SO AFTER PAYING THE BILL ON BOTH PHONES "EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONLY USING ONE" I DID THIS FOR THREE MONTHS IN A ROW, AND BEGAN TO CANCELL BOTH, THIS SITUATION ONLY GOT WORSE AFTER THAT

. I THEN CONTINUED TO RECIEVE BILLS FOR TWO PHONES I WAS NOT USING. I SIGNED THE APROPRIATE FORMS TO END SERVICE, AND CANCELL THE PHONES. IT WAS NOT WORKING. I AM NOW BEING REFUSED CREDIT CARDS.

I AM SICK OF THIS xxxx THE CELLULAR ONE COMPANY IS DOING TO MY CREDIT REPORT. THEY OWE ME OVER 400.00 I HAVE PAID IN SERVICES NOT RENDERD. I REFUSE TO PAY THEM ANY MORE. MONEY DOES NOT GROW ON TREES, AND IF IT DOES THEY DONT GROW IN MY YARD. I WAS ONLY UNDER A BY THE MONTH CONTRACT. I AM SICK OF THIS xxxx BUSSNESS. I DID EVERY THING IN MY POWER TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION, AND WILL NOT PAY ANY MORE FOR SERVICES I HAVE NOT USED.

I AM TIRED OF BEING TURNED DOWN FOR A CREDIT CARD. I HAVE SPENT ABOUT A THOUSAND DOLLARS 1000.00 ON REFUSAL NOTICES BY CREDIT CARD COMPANIES GAURENTEEING THAT IF I PAY THEM THEY WILL GET ME A CARD.

I AM FRUSTRATED AT THEM ALSO. HOW CAN THEY APROVE ME WITH THIS CELLULAR ONE COMPANY BAD MOUTHING ME? I PAID THEM FOR 4 MONTHS OVER THE USAGE OF THIER SERVICE, PAST MY SIGNING THE CANCELATION CONTRACTS. THE PHONE I WAS GOING TO CANCELL FIRST WAS NOT IN USE FOR A MONTH AND A HALF BEFORE I SIGNED THE END OF SERVICE AGREEMENT.

THEY OWE ME, NOT I OWE THEM. I SENT THEM A LETTER SAYING SO, AND THIS HAS ONLY MADE MY CREDIT REPORT LOOK WORSE. CAN I NOT DO SOME THING ABOUT THE FALSE STATEMENTS THEY ARE MAKING AGAINST ME? I AM SEVERLY UPSET ABOUT THIS COMPANIES TREETMENT. IF THEY WOULD HAVE JUST CANCELLED THE FIRST PHONE WHEN I ASKED THEN I WOULD HAVE USED THIER SERVICE FOR LONGER.

I ONLY CANCELLED THE SECOND SERVICE AFTER RECIEVING BILLS ON THE FIRST PHONE FOR 2 MONTHES AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER. THE LOCATION OF THIS OFFICE IS 23RD ST PANAMA CITY FLORIDA. THE LADY WHO IS HEAD OF THE OFFICE IS NON-HELPFULL, AND QUITE RUDE. SHE WENT AS FAR AS CALLING THE POLICE TO REMOVE ME WHEN I WAS SAYING HOW I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE BILLS.

SHE DID NOT WANT THE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO END THIER CONTRACTS AS WELL. I AM SICK OF RETARDED PEOPLE LIKE HER, WHO THINK IT IS A GAME TO MESS UP PEOPLES CREDIT. I WANT TO DO DRASTIC THINGS. MY LIFE IS SIMPLE, AND SHE HAS CAUSED MUCH COMPLICATION. I AM OWED BY THE COMPANY FOR SERVICES I PAID FOR, AND DID NOT RECIEVE. IS THIS NOT ILLEAGLE?

I HAVE PAID, AND PAID, AND WILL PAY THEM NO MORE. I NEED THEM SHUT DOWN FOR DOING SUCH UNFAIR BUSSNESS. I AM SICK OF THE KRAP. I NEED RESOLVE TO THIS, AND NONE IS FOUND. THIS IS THE LAST RESORT MEASURE, I HAVE FOUND NO OTHER WAY. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO ABOUT THIS UNJUSTIFIED TREATMENT? DOES ANY ONE HAVE AN ANSWER? CAN ANY ONE HELP?

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIER SERVICE, AND IT DID NOT HAVE TO END LIKE THAT. ORIGINALY I ONLY WANTED TO END ONE PHONE, AND KEEP THE OTHER. IT WAS GREED ON THIER PART AND THE CONTINUING TO BILL ME FOR A PHONE I SHUT OFF.

I HAD TO CANCELL BOTH, AND I AM STILL GETTING BILLS. IS THERE NO END TO THIS KRAP. WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE I WAS TOLD IT WAS BY THE MONTH, AND NOT PAYING FOR THE NEXT MONTH WOULD END SERVICE, HOW IS IT I AM BEING BILLED FOR SERVICES I HAVE NOT USED, AND WHY DO THEY KRAP UN MY CREDIT RATING? THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS, NOT A GOOD BUSSNESS COMPANY.

THEY THINK THEY ARE UNTOUCHABLE, AND IT APEARS THEY ARE RIGHT. I REFUSE TO ALOW THIS DAMADGE TO CONTINUE WITH OUT DEFENDING MYSELF SOME HOW. I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT IF I THOUGHT I COULD RETRIVE SOME OF MY MONEY BACK. I BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW FOR THEM TO STEAL WITH BILLS FOR SERVICES THEY HAVE NOT RENDERED. WHAT CAN I DO?
