Citibank credit cards, online bill paying three business days to credit account

My complaint is about the Account online process of Citibank credit cards...In the past I noticed a class

action law suit filed against Citibank in response to their payment processing.... Their online account allows you to make a payment by computer...but why do they wait at least three

business days to credit your account????I made my payment on Nov. 1 yet my payment wasn`t credited until

Nov. 6.... Mail statements are credited on the day they receive the statment not the day they receive the money from

the bank... How can they not work in good faith and credit your account the day you send the payment!!!! They are obviously trying to cheat the consumer... thank you D.E. Rowe
