Kitchen Aid Superba dishwasher can't dry plates like older models

Date: Thursday, November 08, 2001 04:35 PM Dear KitchenAid dishwashers: a consumer posted the following e-message at Complaints.com. I replaced my 15 year old whisper quiet superba with Kitchen Aid Superba Model-KUDSO-1JBLO. Although, much quieterthan the older model it replaced;it can not dry the plates and other utensils. Service call was placed,and I was informed that "jet dry" fluid must be filled. Despite doing that,the dishwasher can not dry plates like older models. I feel cheated. I have to now wipe dry plates. Buyers beware of this short coming of This Model.
