Cingular Wireless charged me for calls I did not make. They refused to send me a log of the calls for that month. They told me that I would not have to pay for calls I did not make. I closed my account with their company and waited on the detailed list of calls that they said I would recieve. During the two or three month I was waiting to get this detaile list of calls my account was turned over to a collection agency.
Now I have an extra 18% added on top of the bogus calls that I was charged for. I would advise anyone that wanted to get a cell phone to seek out another company. I have been lied to several times. I was insulted on top of that. one of ther customer support people told me that if I would have paid my bills it wouldn't have happened. These people are only out to rip consumers off!
