Date: Wednesday, November 28, 2001 09:44 AM I went to MasterCuts in the new Robinson Twp Mall in Pittsburgh, PA. I told her I just recently had the ends trimmed and only wanted 1/2 in off the length; I have (had)very long & curly hair. She asked if I would ever consider getting a body wave.

I told her that when I do my hair, people think I have a perm, and I didn't need a body wave at all. She asked me if I wanted the sides cut & angled to my face and she showed me a picture of it and I said "no, I don't want them angled at all".

She angled them anyways and they're not even at all. It will take a year to grow it all back. I don't think she conditioned my hair, she was combing my wet thick hair with this think tooth comb which hurt b/c of the knots. I told her that I normally use a diffuser w/mousse to bring out the curl,so she blow drys my hair w/o a diffuser and was using a brush making it strait and I said it wasn't getting very curly.

She finally used a diffuser. It literally looked like I just crawled out of bed. My hair is not nearly the length it took so long to grow, plus she rounded all of it. This is definitely NOT the cut I wanted at all. I don't understand why some stylists insist on doing things their way when I specifically told her all I wanted was a couple layers in the middle. I haven't called them yet but I will today.
