About a year ago we purchased a Southwestern Bell telephone for our second home which we are in residence less than 5 months of the year. --------Model #GH2400 2.4 gig. In approximately 7 months of use, it would periodically ring and the caller would be unable to hear me!
After much searching we were told that a battery would have to be ordered as none were in stock and also that the problem was not with the battery but with the phone.
This is the first and last time we will purchase one of your phones. We are very disappointed in the lack of quality in your product.
