Don't buy Panasonic this Christmas. An "authorized" service center has had my detachable face stero for 6 months. Corporate is giving me the run around and all this for a $2.22 volume button. How pathetic. I asked them to fix it for free and they said no! I talked to this lady named Beverly @ Corporate in Secaucus, NY or NJ. This lady must have been a drill sargent. I asked her to put herself in my shoes and she said no! she wouldn't do that. James Edward, Sam Fakhreddin or Alan Best form Call Services would not return my call. I got the service center from their web site and now I pretty much screwed.
