Hi There, I would like to file a compliant against bank of America Credit card services. I have Visa card from Bank of America which gives you 1 % cash back. I traded my 100 pts. for a high Interest on a CD with bank of america. Unfortunately I couldn't save so I requested for cancellation of the reward certificate no. CD000292 In March 2001. I completed all the formalities of sanding the certificate back to the said address : Donna Withers 1299 North Highway Dr. Senton, MO 63026 Since April I am calling the Banking Benefit redemption center every week for refund of my pts. (100 pts. = $ 100 ) which is going on deaf ears. So far we will call you back, some one will contact you in five days ...... I think I know all of their staff now Lynda , Sharon ....
Such a big company & such a lousey attitude. Its nothing more than a harrassment. My recommendation is never go for BOA credit card as they don'yt care fot their customers. Renu Kukreja
