I've hated the service with AT&T/Suncom since it was taken over. Bad reception, disconnected call, rude help line. What takes the cake is that now I am at the end of my contract and am glad to sign up with another provider. I have to hear that if I was late on a single payment that my deposit will be lost.
Now come on, I have forgotten to mail a bill, but paid in full the following month. My mistake, but to count on consumers to make these mistakes so your company can profit SUCKS. I guess that's why I will NEVER use AT&T again and recommend the same to others.
