I bought this phone card called SUPER MAX, and has 55 minutes supposed to be ($5.00). Before connecting me, it was confirmed that i have 55 minutes. When i got connected, I have this little clock in front of me so I could keep track of my used minutes. After calling Philippines and used the card for 15 minutes ONLY, I dialed the local access number again to see how much minutes i have left, and I'm supposed to have 40 more minutes left. To my surprise, I only have 16 minutes left! I called the customer service the following day only to get a very rude response!!! And this customer service rep name is MICHELLE!!! ( I HAVE TO MENTION YOU'RE NAME HERE MICHELLE CAUSE I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW HOW RUDE YOU ARE!!!) I explained to her that i need to get my minutes back (40 min.) because i used up only 15 min. She told me that she will not give me my minutes back because i have used up more than 30 minutes. I kept explaining to her that i am absolutely sure that i only used 15 minutes but she just didn't care. I told her to give the phone to another person because i dont want to talk to her, SHE HAS THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THERE IS NOBODY,AND THAT SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THERE!! I told her that i will not going to hang up the phone unless i get to talk to somebody else.

 

This Michelle insisted that there was nobody else and that if ever she gives the phone to someone else, they still give me the same answer , and that she will hang up the phone now.

After a long argument, and hanging up on me, I got so pissed off that I called her back and told her that she is so rude and I insisted that i will not hung up unless someone else will talk to me, and she said nobody else will talk to me and that who cares if i will not hung up the phone. In short, after a long argument again, and before hanging up on her, i once again reminded her how rude and stupid she was. AFTER HANGING UP ON HER, THIS MICHELLE, EVEN DARED TO CALLED ME BACK AT HOME JUST TO HARASS ME AND CALLING ME STUPID ALSO AND ALL NAMES THAT I COULD THINK OF. NOT ONLY ONCE, TWICE, THRICE THAT SHE CALLED ME IN A SPAN OF TEN MINUTES. SHE CALLED ME PROBABLY 6 TIMES . WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO ANOTHER PERSON (YES, THERE IS ANOTHER PERSON ASIDE FROM YOU MICHELLE) AND I TOLD THIS GUY THAT MICHELLE IS HARASSING ME AND THAT I ALREADY CALLED A POLICE DEPT, IN MY AREA (WHICH I REALLY DID), AND THAT ONE MORE CALL FROM MICHELLE AND I WILL FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEIR COMPANY!!!. Well Michelle got scared and never called me since then. This is a very frustating experience, to think that the reason why i was buying phone card is to save money, but only to realized that it's the opposite. Phone cards i think are all the same, because the other one that i used a long time ago also stole my minutes ( that's why i tried super max) but was able to get it back after calling customer service.

I hope that people will realize that phone cards sucks and are ripping off our money.

 

AND TO COMPANY WHO MAKES PHONE CARDS, I HOPE ONE OF THESE DAYS YOU'LL ALL LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
