Bought a Laurel House double wide made by Colony Homes in Shippenvile, Pa. from Camelot/Honeymoon Mobile Home Sales, Inc of Littleton, NH. Was set on my foundation December 23, 2002. It was a big mistake! Water leaked in through the kitchen exhaust vent and bathroom sky light.

Heat leaks through ceiling, melts snow on roof and causes large ice dams. Shingles are broken and staples are sticking up all over the roof. House delivered with lower siding not installed, but left in basement. Some siding that is installed was cut short. A corner siding molding was not attached properly and is coming apart. Stone from fireplace fell off during delivery and was never reinstalled.

Rug not installed properly and is coming up. Doors still binding and not shutting after carpenter made adjustments. Grouting cracked on kitchen island and kitchen countertop. Some interior molding was not installed, but shipped with house and left in the master bedroom. Some inside molding was not installed properly. Screen for bedroom window missing. Kitchen floor covering has cracks. This house is an example of poor craftsmanship and quality control.

Trying to get these problems fixed, seems that both the dealer and factory couldn't care less and in my opinion are waiting for the warranty to run out. I'm having a website built to show pictures of this "COLONY FACTORY CRAFTED HOME" and have contacted a lawyer to get something done about this big mistake.
