I ordered merchandise from jd marvel on March 24, 2003 over the internet. My credit card was charged, but I have yet to receive my merchandise - over 2 months later.

 

After numerous busy signals I was able to get through and the customer service rep told me the merchandise was shipped on April 22. I am still waiting and called again yesterday, May 28.

 

Again, after numerous busy signals I reached a customer service rep who told me he couldn't authorize a refund until after June 11. He said he would call me back on that date to see if I had received the order.

 

I think it's obvious that I've lost my $37 and since the amount is less than $50 I can't even file a complaint with my credit card company.

 

After reading all the complaints about this company on your website, I wish I had seen it sooner.
