Hello, Frustrated with the service CITIBANK offers , I am trying to close the credit account. But you people harass me for this also. I am trying to contact your executive on your toll free number which you gave for past few days. No one answers. I went to CITIBANK office at East street,Pune and even there I wasn't entertained. Please Just tell me the procedure to close the account. Best regards, Vinay
