RE: BuyXtremeGear.Com - returned defective motherboard - delay in receiving replacement board

A motherboard, which I purchased from BuyXtremeGear in December 2002, stopped working on May 13, 2003. I called BuyXtremeGear on May 14, 2003 and received the RMA number. I shipped out the motherboard on May 14, 2003 via UPS. I saw on the UPS tracking website that the product was delivered to BuyXtremeGear on May 16, 2003 at 9:55 A.M. It has been two weeks since the motherboard arrived at BuyXtremeGear and the only thing I have heard from them is one e-mail, which really only tells me the product was received by them. I sent three e-mails to BuyXtremeGear.Com and received no response. I decided to call today; there was no one who was very helpful. I spoke with someone in the RMA department. He told me the reason it was not shipped was because they are out of stock. However I have been checking the website: http://order.store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/wg-order?unique=63e2a&catalog=buyxg

9611ff67bd29a and it has continuously shown the item to be in stock. He then told me he could ship one out today. I asked him to overnight it to me because I have been waiting two weeks. He said I would need to speak with a manager and gave me the number 888-900-5180. I called the number, however I was unable to speak with a manager at that number. They gave me the number 888-937-5580 and told me I could speak with Danny the Sales Supervisor.

I called and spoke with Danny but he stated he had no control over this and told me to call 866-212-0973 and speak with Eddy. I called that number and I was unable to speak with him. The customer service representative transferred me back to the RMA department and told me to ask for their supervisor. I asked for a supervisor and the person I spoke with at the RMA department told me there was no supervisor and hung up on me.

I then called back at the main customer service number and the customer service representative gave me this e-mail address: Email User, which came back to me ! so I called back and got another e-mail address Email User, which was also undeliverable, so I called back again and got this e-mail Email User I finally got a message through to them and told them I was sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue. I also told them I expected my motherboard to be shipped to me via next day air since I have already waited two weeks. He responded to me and told me he shipped out my motherboard via Fed Ex Saver which is similar to UPS Ground. The BBB already received my notification.
