RE: AOL weather reports - Sherman Oaks, CA weather reports not accurate
We are unable to get our weather reports updated. I live in Sherman Oaks, CA which is 20 miles from downtown Los Angeles and our temperature is always 20 degrees different but you lump us together. To make matters worse I entered Ojai, CA which is 100 miles from Los Angeles and you treat that as the same as Los Angeles. I am willing to bet that you don't treat Philadelphia the same as NYC but they are closer together. Your service for the 2nd largest metropolitan area in the United States is totally worthless. Sherman Oaks is in the San Fernando Valley with a population of almost 2 million ... what other area with a population of 2 million are you ignoring? I would guess that the answer is none ... no city of 2 million is ignored by you but you ignore the San Fernando Valley. Our temperatures vary by 40 degrees most days so who cares about your service. My outside temperature is 95 and you say 68 ... Maybe now you understand why people don't use your service and AOL stock prices continue to fall. If you need proof of what I am saying just look at the temperatures as listed in the LA Times.
