I purchased a new car (1999 Mazda Millenia) from this dealership, in fact, this is the second car that I purchased from this dealership within the last three years . I purchased another new car (2002 Mazda Millenia(S)) fully loaded in Feb. 2003 . I also referred a friend and she purchased a new Mazda Tributes in April 2003. I went back to the dealer and requested a refund, and it was one thing after another. I went back to the Finance Manager, and he told me that I needed to go to New Car Sales Manager to get my refund because he was not authorize to give me a refund. I went to the New Car Sales Manger and he said that the Finance people had to make a profit, which I had already paid them a processing fee of $299.00, which I thought was a bit much. My 1st car, I purchased a $1,116.06 Environmental Paint Protection System package and the 2nd car was $625.96 for the same package deal . I went and watched the application being applied on the 2nd car and I was told that it was the same application that was applied to my first car that I paid $1,116.06 for, I have my receipts for both jobs. The work that was done on my car was just a simple detailed job which only took 45 min. I was told that it was applied with a baked on application, that was lie . It was just a simple car detail, wash and wax. My question to you is "What can I do? " And can I get my money back? Or do I need to go higher?
