May 29, 2003 I had an insurance policy using SEARS, I cancelled this policy January or February of 2002.I made the last payment February 2002. I also gave my new informations because we moved to Hawaii. After that payment in February of 2002 I never receive any bill statement from SEARS. January 24, 2003 I received a bill statement with a collection letter from Allied International Credit Corp. from SEARS that I owe $189.75 and I have to pay that amount.

SEARS waited one year to send me a bill statement that I owe them that money. I called SEARS how many times to get a justification but the customer service gave me another number to call and it is the collectors number. I tried calling January 24-27 2003 to get an answer but SEARS kept on ignoring my call. I also talked to the collectors but they kept on insisting to pay that amount ( $189.75 ).

Also, one time I called again one person hung up the telephone while I'm talking. Now the collector calls me 2-3 times a week, but Im not going to pay that until SEARS give me an answer of why I owe them that much money if they never send me a bill statement for one year.
