RE: Skippers Restaurant, Bellingham, WA - subjected to rude treatment

To whom it may concern:

We went for dinner last night May 1st at the Bellingham, WA Skippers Restaurant. We arrived at 6:15 and it took 10 minutes to place our order, there was only the cook by the name of Brad, and a trainee at the cash register. We placed our order and at 7:30 we noticed that people where getting there money back, for the cook (Brad) refused to cook anymore.

We went up to get our refund and this Brad was at the cash till and was using the foulest language to the fellow who was waiting for his refund. The poor man was elderly and was in a walker and was shaking all over, it was very apparent that he had MS. We finally got our refund back, but with a very snooty attitude. I might add that the tables had not been cleared off and the floors where littered everywhere and it was quite apparent that nothing had been done to them all day. Up front where the Catsup and Tarter Sauce are, it was very messy and food all over. My husband and I will not go and eat there ever again. The way this Brad treated people was uncalled for. We where the one's who had been waiting for the food we paid for. I was told that this Brad is the manager or owner. He sure does not represent Skippers Restaurants in a good light. You have just lost some more customers because the people waiting behind us also said they would never come there again.

Sincerely,

Donna Eschbach Si
