AOL - rude account cancellation experience

Complaints.com received the following on May 19, 2003:

I placed a call to AOL 1-800-827-3338 to cancel service. The person that took my request put me on hold for a few minutes but as he did he said the word "ignorant". At the completion of the cancellation as he was hanging up he used the word "idiot".

I don't know if this was in reference to me or concerning some other matter, but I thought you should be aware that he needs to be sure that his connection is off before making such remarks.
