Dear Support, I just signed up for JUNO and I have immediate multiple problems and issues. I looked into the offerings as closely as I could before signing up, but - I was lead to believe that multiple email accounts were available for family it is not true everyone can access my email because they need my password to log on - I cant use my AOL (version 6.0) - I cant send some of my mail to other accounts using Outlook Express (although some accounts do work). - I was lead to believe that with Platinum I would not see a bar on the page how do I get rid of it? - With the top bar I loose the ability to close my Word software with the x in the upper right corner it disappears also with other programs. I signed up for 5 months of service, but have decided not even to use the service at all. I WOULD LIKE TO REMAIN IN GOOD FAITH WITH JUNO and could do so if you were able to refund part of my payment (e.g. four months). If this is not possible, please know that I will advise all friends, family, correspondence reports, NOT TO USE JUNO. This is not a threat. It is a query to see how you respond to customers and the importance of customer satisfaction to your service.
