RE: Regis Hair Salon, Govenor's Square Mall, Tallahassee, FL - wasn't greeted or helped by anyone On May 16, 2003 I entered Regis Hair Salon at Govenor's Square Mall in Tallahassee, Florida. My purpose was to inquire about hair products, make a purchase, and possibly schedule and appointment with a stylist I was not greeted or helped by anyone.
A friend of mine soon entered the salon and was not recognized either. We both browsed, talked amongst ourselves, and waited for service, but recieved none. The employees closest to us at the receptionist's desk looked our way, but continued to carry on thier own conversation.
We concluded that since we were not recognized as customers that it wasn't necessary for use to give them any business, so we left.
