Purchased Euroclean Jet Elec. Vacuum cleaning from Eureka Forbes ltd. Indore under order no. 1007157 Unit No. 7270014 dt.5.5.2003.

Machine broke down on 6th, replaced by company on 7th.

Made fresh complaint on 8th. On Saturday they promised to return, they did not, till date.

On heating, the suction pipe looses grip.
